A vertical row of glass rods travels up this wall sculpture like a string of champagne bubbles in a tall glass flute. Trailing up the stairs and around the mezzanine, a translucent guardrail subtly obscures one’s view. Combining stainless steel with acid-etched glass creates an elegant backdrop for one of Conde Nast magazine’s top 75 new restaurants worldwide.
