John Marx and Nikki Beach renovated their 1907 home by attaching a modern addition to the back of the house. The contrast between the Edwardian-era bungalow appearance on the street and the 3 story addition facing the San Francisco Bay is stark. Studio Winterich collaborated with the couple on colorful glass accents for the full-size windows overlooking the Bay.
