Commissioned five-story curtain wall consisting of insulated glass, laminated handmade antique glass, and commercial tinted glass. Having an opal quality, the German antique glass in the window’s center captures and holds the daylight. Intended to obscure the view of a warehouse across the street, the glass mural recalls the colors and shapes of the Bay Bridge and a nearby marina.
