The luminous glass wall shifts in color and shape across its length. As you walk through the reception area, the composition gently reveals itself like a landscape painting on a folding Japanese screen. The intent of this installation is to draw one through the windowless elevator lobby towards the expansive views of San Francisco Bay at the north side of the 38th floor. The optical effects across the wall shift between crisp geometric shapes from one perspective to the illusion of floating glowing cubes when viewed from just a few feet in either direction.
