This leaded glass skylight is set at the top of a three-story elliptical stairwell. Elliptical walls below the skylight capture prismatic light from the skylight’s bevels, jewels, and German mouthblown glass. The pattern was inspired by Michaelangelo’s design for the Compodoglio plaza paving.
